Celebrate the release of Chef Ruth Gresser’s cookbook with a party at the Brewmaster’s Castle. The event will feature an antipasto table, pizza from Pizzeria Paradiso paired with beers and cider from DC Brau, Oxbow, Millstone & Stillwater, pizza making demonstrations with chef Ruth, & book signings.

The menu:
Atomica: tomato, kalamata olives, salami, hot pepper flakes - DC Brau Public
Salsa Verde Pizza: green sauce, artichoke, radicchio, red onion, sausage, pecorino - Oxbow Farmhouse Pale Ale
Orchard Pizza: apples, brussel sprouts, portabella mushrooms, red onion, thyme, cheddar - Millstone Farmgate Cider
Roots & Greens: beets, turnips, leeks, kale, swiss chard, gruyere - Stillwater Debutante 

All the beer will be poured by the respective brewery’s brewmaster.

Ticket price includes a copy of the book, all you can eat and drink antipasto, pizza, beer and cider, and a ticket to a pizza demonstration class. Plus half the proceeds of the ticket will be donated to the Heurich House Museum.

Pizza: Lapsang Souchong/Raisin Tomato Sauce, Dandelion Greens, Red Onion, Pinenuts, Gorgonzola w/ Original Deluxe
